Water Monitoring Projects
Water quality assessments are integral components to water resource management.  Systematically planning, developing, and implementing projects that can meet the desired objective of reducing water pollution are important in protecting natural resources. It is necessary to better understand the composition of water and the way it is affected by anthropogenic and naturally occurring activities to understand the dynamics of lotic systems.  Actively monitoring constituents found in surface water is a first step in protecting against degradation to water quality.  Base line water quality data is crucial for future comparisons and a determination for best management practices.

Equilibrium is setting out to gather information by collecting, analyzing, and reporting water quality data in numerous 12-digit Hydrologic Unit Codes (HUC).

Currently, Equilibrium is monitoring a total of 15 stations in the L'Anguille River and Lake Conway Point Remove Watersheds.
